Rod Lewis – Director & CEO

Rod is responsible for shareholder value by growing sales and extending global breakthrough IP.

He has led small and large teams for over 30 years in operational, technical and   engineering roles, in both large global corporations and small emerging companies. His experience is international.

He has held senior executive roles and worked with Cadbury Schweppes, Foster’s Brewing Group, BOC Gases and Legrand as well as many small emerging businesses.

Rod is focused on creating value from innovation, developing excellent staff and customer sales growth.

Malcolm is responsible for product development, innovation, and creating Intellectual Property.

Malcolm has designed and obtained regulatory approval for 41 products in the food, medical device, bioanalytical and pharma sectors. He is a visiting Fellow of Macquarie University and has been a lead researcher for the Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) for Eye Research and Technology.

He has advised on projects for CibaVision, J&J, and Novotech Pty Ltd and has also been successfully awarded two Government funded CRC and ITTC grants for advanced technical development.

David is a commercial CFO with experience in financial structuring, strategy execution, and project management.

He has over 30 years’ experience at senior levels in accounting, finance and corporate administration across a range of industries including FMCG, financial services, distribution and manufacturing.

He has held senior management roles with companies such as Kimberly-Clark Australia, The Greater Union Organisation, Challenger Financial Services Group and Stuart Alexander & Co.



Michael is responsible for development and execution of marketing and branding.

In addition, Michael reviews sales and profitability of all products in all territories and is focussed on customer needs and preferences.

He brings extensive experience with global companies such as PepsiCo, Simplot and Unilever.

Time spent across the marketing spectrum has taught Michael how to structure a marketing process to deliver high margin sales.

Peter is responsible for major customers, and contracts for distributors and selling agents. Peter heads up the Governance Committee and has implemented compliance regimes for the group.

Peter’s previous roles include working for James Hardie’s on their asbestos issues, investor relations, media relations and operations as EVP Asia-Pacific.

He managed the TNT Sydney Monorail; started operations in Italy and Argentina for TNT Logistics; and led successful trade missions on behalf of the Governments of Bangladesh, India and Fiji.
